Shim for V Belt Split Pulley for Polar CE Paper Cutters. (206640, 266641) This laser cut steel shim is used between the adjustable pulleys on Polar Model CE hydraulic pump output shafts. These shims are added and removed to ensure the correct tension is maintained on the belt. These shims fit both the original Polar split pulleys, and our replacement pulleys. Each shim measures .5mm thick (.020"). They are sold individually.

These shims are added and removed to ensure the correct tension is maintained on the pump drive belt. These shims fit both the original Polar split pulleys, and our replacement pulleys. Each shim measures .5mm thick (.020"). They are sold individually.

This pulley has been Hardcoat Anodized to give maximum hardness and wear resistance to the belt contact surfaces.
